Privacy policy

• 17Publish posts your content on your own accounts, only once you have approved it.
• Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
• Your access authorizations to the networks are encrypted; you can revoke them at any time.
• Data is hosted in the European Union (Germany).
• Posted files are deleted from the servers 30 days after their last publication.

1. Who publishes 17Publish

17Publish is published by Abdelmoumen AKROUR MORABET, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) trading as Ak2rDev, SIREN 107 381 485, 114 rue Marceau, 93100 Montreuil, France (registered address), the controller of your data. Contact: contact@ak2r.com; for your data rights: privacy@ak2r.com.

2. Data processed

• Your 17Publish account: email address, password (stored in irreversible form), two-factor authentication settings.
• The social accounts you connect: account identifier, display name, and the access authorizations issued by the network (tokens), encrypted.
• Your content: videos, images, covers, captions, publishing times and their history.
• Technical data: operating and security logs (dates, IP address at sign-in).
• Your messages: what you write through the contact form (name, email, subject, message).

3. Data received from social networks

When you connect an account, the network asks for your consent on its own page. 17Publish only receives what is needed to post:

• TikTok: your identifier and display name (basic profile information), and permission to upload videos to your account.
• Instagram and Facebook (Meta): the identifier of your professional account and Page, and permission to post to them.

This data is only used to post what you have approved and to track the post. It is never sold, shared or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Once posted, your content is processed by each network (Meta, TikTok) under its own responsibility and privacy policy. These companies may transfer data outside the European Union.

4. Why it is used

• To provide the service: prepare, schedule and post your content, alert you and send you a recap (performance of the contract).
• To secure the service: authentication, abuse prevention, security logs (legitimate interest).
• To reply to your messages (legitimate interest, or your request).

5. How long it is kept

• Network access authorizations: until you disconnect the account or revoke access on the network.
• Content and publishing history: as long as your account exists; deleted on request at privacy@ak2r.com.
• Server technical logs: automatic rotation, a few weeks at most.
• Action history (security, traceability of posts): for the lifetime of your account.
• Posted files (videos, images): deleted automatically 30 days after the last publication that uses them.
• Contact messages: 12 months, then deleted automatically.

6. Who can access it

Ak2rDev, to run the service, and its host Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in Germany, European Union). Your content is sent to the networks you chose, at publishing time.

7. Security

Sign-in protected by two-factor authentication, encrypted access authorizations, temporary and unguessable file links, encrypted backups.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing: write to privacy@ak2r.com. You can revoke 17Publish’s access at any time from each network’s settings (connected apps). You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

This website uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies. The signed-in area uses a session cookie, required to sign in.

10. Changes

Any significant change to this policy will be notified to you. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
