Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of 17Publish, a service published by Ak2rDev that lets you prepare, schedule and post content on your own social media accounts.

2. Access to the service

17Publish is opening gradually: during the launch phase, access is by invitation. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old or act for a professional activity. An account is personal; you protect your credentials and your two-factor authentication. Subscription terms and pricing will be published before opening.

3. Your social media accounts

You only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You comply with each network’s terms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X). You can revoke 17Publish’s access at any time, from the tool or from the network’s settings.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of your content and responsible for what you post. You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights (images, music, trademarks). You only authorize Ak2rDev to store it, adapt it to each network’s format and send it to the networks you chose, at the times you approved.

Illegal, misleading or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, is prohibited.

5. Publishing and approval

Nothing is posted without your approval. Any change after approval cancels it. Networks may refuse, delay or limit a post under their own rules; 17Publish will let you know but cannot guarantee a network’s decision.

6. Availability

Ak2rDev does its best to keep the service running continuously, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted (maintenance, network or host outage).

7. Liability

If you are a consumer, Ak2rDev’s liability is assessed under general law; nothing in these terms deprives you of the rights the law grants you.

If you are a business, Ak2rDev is not liable for the networks’ decisions (refusing, limiting or removing a post), which are outside its control, nor for force majeure.

8. Ending use

You can stop using 17Publish and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Ak2rDev may suspend an account that does not comply with these terms, after notifying you except in urgent cases.

9. Personal data

Its processing is described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the court provided for by law, including the court of your place of residence, or a consumer mediator (named when the paid offer opens). If you are a business, any dispute falls under the courts with jurisdiction over Ak2rDev’s registered address. For any question: contact@ak2r.com.
